Black Light Animals are hitting the road on a precise regional run, promoting and peforming their newest full lenghth LP, "Playboys of the Western World". Lute FP writes: "My kind of pop. Melancholic, melodic, rhythmic. Gives me the feeling I get when I listen to the Beatles’ While My Guitar Gently weeps. The first half reminds me of one of my favorite sounds- early Portugal.the Man. The second half is more of a mixed bag, but great nonetheless. The singer is the highlight of this band. Very unique and emotive." @blacklightanimalsband Madeline Reddel is a vocalist, educator, songwriter, and Omaha-native. Madeline has released an album with her band Past Casual called “Togetherness” and has performed at Lincoln’s Jazz in June Festival, The Holland Center’s “Live on The Green, The Lied Center “Husker’s in The Spotlight”, The Slowdown, The Bourbon, The Zoo Bar, among many other venues.
