Fluttershy is a female syrian hamster, estimated to be over 6-7 months old, and is looking for a home without children. Fluttershy came to us timid after her owners had her for 2 weeks, then gave her up because the kids didn't want her anymore. She was not fond of the children and took a bit of time before she got used to us here at the Rescue. Now she's a very friend and active little lady looking for a home to fit her lifestyle. She loves her wheel, is hand tame to a degree but prefers to explore and not be held. Fluttershy would be best suited for an older home with teens or adults, who don't mind interacting with her daily and taking her outside of her cage for enrichment and exploring. Due to her coming from a child home and being agitated at first, we don't think children are suitable for her. She's for beginner or experienced homes.
