Hello! My drummer and I are looking for bands to sublet our rehearsal room. We are looking for professional bands and serious musicians that need a spacious room to rehearse. We have provided pro gear such as a very powerful PA system, full drum set, bass amp, keyboard amp, 88 key keyboard, mics etc. The goal is to work with other bands that need a place to rehearse rather than a place to store musical equipment because the room can be used for band photo shoots and filming. I have a background in producing music videos and can help you develop your EPK and possibly help book shows depending on your musical genre. The rehearsal room will only have one drumset for all to share, the rest of the gear will be shared as well so that musicians that gig professionally can simply come in and rehearse without having to lug their own gear in and out for every rehearsal or gig.
