Shawn Putnam works for the City of Camden. Part of his job is to staff the Historic Landmarks Commission. The Commission regulates modifications to properties in Camden that the city has designated as historic properties. The ordinance for the Commission has a provision that requires the historic property designation be disclosed when these properties are sold. Putnam will be speaking on these provisions and answering any questions you have to keep you safe when representing the seller and/or buyer of a historic property.
