Part 1: Rainbow Aroma Bracelet - Duration: 20-30 minutes You will receive a complete kit for making one bracelet (extra pre-made bracelets and DIY kits will be available for purchase) Instruction on making lava bead aroma bracelets by Laura Tellez DIY time: making your bracelet Part 2: Chakra Oil Education - Duration 30-40 minutes You will receive a very detailed and informative 2 sided laminated Chakra Chart Lisa Rojas will go over her top 3 choices of essential oils for each of the 7 Chakra energy centers and how they help support and balance the mental & emotional aspects associated with them. We will be passing around oil samples to smell and discovering their energies.
