Mark Kelly does what his party tells him to do and his party has priority over his constituents no matter what and he has proven that. Mark Kelly also voted four times against advancing the Keystone XL Pipeline, killing roughly 11,000 good-paying jobs in the process. Kelly is a disaster for Arizona.
