On September 28th at 6pm- Join us for an evening of ritual and embodiment as we nurture the bonds of sisterhood through cacao, somatic breathwork, estatic dance, and sensual movement. You are encouraged:  ✨To show up authentically, exactly as you are. All of you is welcome here.   ✨To experience deep connection with like-minded women and realise how similar our paths are… and that you are not alone.  ✨To be open to being seen, heard, held, loved and celebrated for the divine Goddess that you are!   Flow of the evening: We will begin in community with a heart activating cacao ceremony, setting intentions and oracle card pull at our sacred alter. The evening will proceed with a guided Somatic Breathwork™ Journey, estatic dance dance, movement, self love and sisterhood rituals. We will close with meditation and sound healing, followed by an integration and sharing circle. Throughtout the whole experience you will be lovingly and expertly guided using the medicine of breath, movement and human connection to release feelings of stress, overwhelm, tension, fear, and pain through your body. Shedding the layers of what no longer serves you to open you up to remember your own innate power and wisdom… and experience states of expansion, love, freedom and connection which are your birthright. Bring a friend or meet new sisters there! This guided event is perfect for women who have experienced breathwork and estatic dance before as well as those who this will be their first time. Please make sure to: +Come dressed in something you can move around in but that also activates your inner goddess👑 +Bring a yoga mat, and/or blanket, journal and water bottle! +Not eat any heavy meals less than a couple hours prior to the session as it can be uncomfortable on the stomach. +You are also invited to bring something for our altar. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed, and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein in my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings or social media platforms within an unrestricted geographic area. Release: I have chosen to participate in this Womens Embodiment Ceremony. My choice has been voluntary and I may terminate my session at any time. I understand that there is no assurance that I will feel better and that emotions may be evoked that could be upsetting in nature. I understand the potential risks of participation and hereby agree to release and hold harmless Brittany Kalmick of Brittany Lynne Healing LLC and Linzee Belle (facilitators of Somatic Breathwork) from any and all legal responsibility or liability for outcomes experienced as a result of my attendance. I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold Brittany Kalmick of Brittany Lynne Healing LLC and Linzee Belle harmless from and against any and all claims,liability, or damages - arising out of or in connection with my session(s).
