Description

We will discuss two methodologies, waterfall and agile, and the basic frameworks of each. At the end of the session, attendees will have a basic understanding of project management and how it can help you stay organized. This event is free. INSTRUCTOR BIO Diane lives and breathes project management and is currently a PM at the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center where she oversees two teams and two different National Institutes of Health-funded projects.
