Pittsburgh Business Owners Roundtable is pleased to present our FIRST EVER Lunch and Learn! Founded in 2021, our group has become an educational resource for business owners in the Pittsburgh area by connecting to professional resources and other leaders to form a collaborative partnership. At this event, we will be hearing from 3 speakers who will share their expertise in various fields. Meet our speakers! Bryan Bercik, co owner of Hemlock Homes which is a new construction and remodeling company located in Peters Twp. Started in real estate in 2012 and focused on flipping homes and have been apart of wholesaling, renovating and selling hundreds of homes. Started seeing the voids in construction and that’s what lead us to Hemlock Homes and our ultimate goal is to bring back some sort of Integrity back to construction. Hemlock Homes currently builds 20 custom homes a years and focused on kitchens, bathrooms, basements and decks in the remodeling division. The team has grown to 15 and looking to shift gears to building a mix of custom homes and communities.
