Hiring worker for various construction and maintenance positions. Carpenters, laborers, painters, movers, maintenance techs, landscapers, roofers, and more. All work requires travel. Housing provided and we ask that you stay a minimum of 3 weeks at a time to be able to return for future work. The first trip you must provide out of state travel to the New England area. If you leave in good standing then we can arrange for free travel on your next visits. The work is (6) 10-12 hour days a week. Pay starts at $15-20 an hour. Pay is higher for supervisors, those with professional certifications, and those capable of completing tasks from start to finish. The most important thing we look for are people who are motivated to work. If you can show up on time and follow instructions then the rest will be profitable for all of us. The type of work is catered to the worker. We have a lot of seasonal work up here. During the winters there will be interior painting and remodels, snow shoveling and plowing, furnace repairs and maintenance, routine interior maintenance, busted pipe repair, and other similar jobs. If you have substance abuse issues there are opportunities with us after the completion of supervised treatment programs. Please reach out to us if you are looking for such help. Otherwise this is a really bad opportunity for anyone with active addiction problems. The housing will be comfortable, but you will be to close, around too many, for too long to be able to hide it. Substance abuse, disrespectful behavior, tardiness, or anything else that takes away from work will result in a pretty quick send off.
