Description

Haus Alpenz is known their thoughtfully curated portfolio, featuring eclectic pours from the old world. Having friends like these makes it easy for us to get inspired. Of course in our business, we're no strangers to vermouth and amari either. So we did what one naturally does when viewing an expansive list of aromatized wine... we thought about food! And when one thinks about food & booze pairings, you know what comes next. Friends! Neighbors! All of you! Sommelier Liz Martinez & Chef Sarah Welch have come up with an exciting menu pairing, showcasing 5 distinct aromatized wines from the Hauz Alpenz portfolio. This is the first time a dinner like this has graced the Detroit stage and we'd love to share it with you. Check the details below and get your tickets now for this once in a (forever) experience!
