Do you love boating and being outdoors? Have you always wanted to work with boats or on the water? If so, being a member of our Dock Staff team is the job for you! Carefree Boat Club Seattle is a prestigious and fun boat club with 9 locations in the greater Seattle area and we're on the search for enthusiastic, fun people to join our dock staff team! We currently have openings in the following marina locations: Seattle, Bellevue, Kenmore, Tacoma We are looking to hire full-time and part-time staff immediately! Specific needs are day shifts during the week. Job Responsibilities: - Clean and prepare boats for use - Check in/out members on reservation system - Greet members and assist with casting off and docking their boats - Check and respond to calls and texts regarding boat reservations - Drive, maneuver, fuel, and properly dock boats (we will train you!) Qualified Candidates have: - Great communication and customer service skills - Upbeat personality! - Highly motivated and - Attention to detail in keeping boats and equipment spotless and organized. - Enjoy working outside! While not required, preference is given to candidates who have the following experience/background: Experience driving 18’-26’ boats Boater Safety Education Card Knowledge of local water way Knowledge of general boating operation, how boats work, and maritime rules (preferred) What we offer: Part-time or full-time work (weekdays needed!)
