Handyman needed Full-Time in Miami Beach to work on our home rentals and tenants. We are looking to work with handymen who we can work with consistently. Work include maintenance, repairs, upgrades, electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, finishing, painting and anything else related to home construction/remodeling Free parking We typically work from 9.30 am to 6 pm (30 min lunch) for 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week (some weeks are shorter and some weeks are longer but average about 40 hours per week pro-rated) For labor we pay with CashApp/Venmo/PayPal/Zelle (your choise) at end of each day to start out and move to weekly pay after the first coupleof weeks so you never have to wait for payment. REQUIREMENT: - Years of Experience and with tools - A valid Driver License - Own a Truck (no drop-off/pick-up, must have your own truck) - Live no more than 10 minutes from South Beach - Miami Beach - NON smoker, Drug free, Clean background - Accept payment via Cash App, Zelle, Bank wire or PayPal Please send photos of prior jobs you have done, a link to Facebook/Instagram page and if you have any reviews, showing previous work references.
