Residential cleaner needed to clean the homes of local residents. Hours varies based on residential appointments. Each job can vary from 2-5 hours. The pay is $11/hour. For jobs 3 hours or less, the minimum pay is for 3 hours. The hours are part-time but can become full-time. This position is for someone who is looking for extra income with a flexible schedule. Duties include: - Sweeping - Mopping - Dusting - Disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces - Cleaning windows and glass - Taking out the trash - Safe dilution and use of chemicals, and - Other related cleaning duties The ideal person for the job is: - reliable and has a great work ethic - pays attention to detail - able to bend, twist, kneel - able to lift 40/50 pounds - genuinely enjoys cleaning - has a professional experience - excellent communicator - is polite and a people's person
