Seeking a full-time handyman for the next three months.
Needs to be proficient in: electrical, plumbing, drywall, skimming, framing, assembling furniture, hvac installation, window install (only two), tiling, etc.
Flat rate prices at industry standards. I will provide a quote that you can agree on or disagree and not work together - I am not asking for quotes. I am incredibly fair, this is a mutual relationship. All prices will be discussed upfront and signed/agreed upon. Anything else will be hourly at $25.00 an hour.
Multiple property maintenance position at $25.00 an hour long-term/full-time if all goes well.
