The James K. Polk Home is excited to partner with the Movement Lab in presenting these unique and fun classes in the fall of 2022. The six-week series will feature unique themes and a beautiful setting, with each instructor brining different styles each week. Classes will take place in the picturesque boxwood garden of the Polk Home, with class size limited, but open to all ages and ability levels. Participants should bring their own yoga mats and arrive a few minutes early to set up. In the event inclement weather, class will be cancelled and tickets refunded.
