Found Iphone 13 pro max

I found what I believe is an Iphone 13 pro max. I found it in front of the sylvans club on sylvan rd. i’m posting this a little late, i found the Iphone I believe on September 3rd. It looks as if it was ran over bc the front screen in badly cracked and shows no image while the phone is on. However I know the phone still works bc i’m able to hear calls and notifications coming through. I’m not able to answer do to the screen though.
