Chef needed to prepare special dinner for 12 - Monday

Looking for a professional and creative chef to prepare a meal for 12 people this MONDAY (Sept 19th). I will cover all the costs of ingredients and can provide a domestic kitchen if needed to use for preparation if needed. Ideally, I'd like an experienced chef with good imagination and ideas to bring to the event. Will want to serve multiple starters and mains for each participant. Variety is key. 4 of the group are pescatarian and one of these is gluten free. So we'll have to accommodate that, too. So some complexity and interesting ingredient choices are important. Email me and I can share menus from past similar events. Entire meal including mains, starters and dessert must be served all at once within a 5 minute window. Meal will be consumed in total darkness. I can answer questions about this unique program if you'd like.
