Assist Facilities Manager in ensuring facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly manner. 2. Routine janitorial duties, including but not limited to cleaning toilets, restrooms, washing/waxing floors, cleaning windows, emptying trash and recycling 2. Making repairs, remodeling and construction 3. Basic grounds maintenance, vermin and insect control 4. Maintenance of equipment, vehicles, supplies replenishment REQUIREMENTS: 1. Eligible to work in the United States 2. MUST have COVID-19 vaccination 3. HS diploma or equivalent 4. Valid CA Driver license 5.
