Small dog - small re homing fee

We have a small mix dog, his owners were no longer able to care for him so he’s been with us but we are moving soon and no pets are allowed. He is a good dog, good with kids, energetic but can also be a lap dog. Really want him go to a good home. He has no records of shots or neutered, therefor the rehoming fee is small.
