Hoping there is a possibility that you see this or maybe someone you know that knew you were going to Penndot on Friday. You drove a light blue Saturn as you parked. I was outside filling out a form and asked you if you knew what 2 questions were about and you helped me fill out the entire form that took all of 5 minutes with your help. You were slim, baseball cap and smooth shaven. When you leaned over and pointed to where the title # was I felt the body heat from you and a light smell of cologne. I said thank you so much but I really wanted to ask you if I could give you my cell #. There was chemistry there for sure! I was too shy to take the conversation further.
