Seeking Property Maintenance Supervisor for regular improvement work

Hello! We are full time locals, seeking a skilled, reliable maintenance/handyperson for weekly ongoing work on our large property in Joshua Tree. Work will include: general property maintenance, fixes of things like fences, doors, painting, yard work, cleanup (not house-cleaning), assembling/fixing furniture, general handiwork, light construction. Experience in construction, woodworking, electrical and plumbing a big plus! The position will start at a regular schedule of one full day a week, every week. Potential increased in days/hours depending on the season and the variety of skills you have to offer. Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months of ongoing work. If our partnership works out, work could continue for years and eventually expand to full time. Candidate must be: reliable, good communicator, capable and comfortable handling various home maintenance projects. We strive to provide a great working environment, and ideally our candidate has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and loves the desert!
