Cat w siezures

Hello. I Found an all black cat outside of my house in the driveway looking like it was having a seizure. It was very painful to see and I grabbed it and gave it water immediately after it seemed to have stopped having the siezure but it seemed very wobbly and disoriented. I have 3 kids with very bad allergies so I can not keep it and also with it having siezures I am not sure what to do for it. It may have recently had kittens but I'm not sure but the nipples look like it had been feeding kittens but I'm not sure. So if anyone knows what to do for it and can take it in please let me know. Or if you have any suggestions on what I can do please let me know. I would never forgive myself if I just left it outside in the heat especially with what I had seen it go through. Thank U
