Appointments are only for residents 65 and over and healthcare workers. Vaccinations will take place in Yulee FL. Tickets will enable you to book an appointment via phone. The phone number to call , along with further instructions will be provided in the email you will receive on completion of this process . When you call the appointment scheduling line you will be asked to provide your ticket number, your name and your email. No appointments will be made without a ticket.
