STOLEN Backpack w/ Laptop

Our car was broken into while at the Exxon Mobil Gas Station on Santa Monica Blvd and Highland Ave, around 1:20 AM this morning. The pump said to pay inside – locked the car, ran inside to pay – and in those few minutes someone smashed our car window and the car at the pump next to us. They stole a backpack with a very important laptop and hard drive full of years of work. I know it's a slim chance, but we are really hoping to get this bag back. If you know or see anything, please let me know! A police report has already been filed, but there is very little they are willing to do. The bag is black with red straps.
