I know what you're thinking....youve got to be kidding. Well, no Im not. Is it an ambitious idea? Absolutely. Are there great musicians out there like my self who are sick and tired of the struggle of finding the "right band" to jam with? I'm guessing so. Yes, there are ALOT of moving parts to do something like this. Its hard to even imagine putting a tribute band like this together, but I know it can be done. In my humble opinion, this was arguably the best live band in rock history. In any event, what I want to do is see if there is enough interest in this. I myself would be one of the 2 guitarists we would need. But we also need a Billy, a Ritchie, a Kenny, and a Sam. Horns would be welcome but only after a core is up and running strong. Its too early to even talk about logistics. All I want to know is there a possibility for this. Please e-mail me thoughts, suggestions. This would be an absolutely ZERO EGO project.
