I am looking to rent a 10 by 15 room for some storage place as I put my place up for sale. I was told by my real estate agent to clear my condo out. I am looking to save some money and see if someone has an extra room in either Germantown, Gaithersburg or the Rockville area so that I can store my boxes and some furniture as opposed to using a storage company. I would like to "move in" sometime the week starting September 18. I do not need more than a 10 by 15 room and I am looking to pay about $225 a month to rent a room. This could be some extra income for you and some cost savings for me.
