Landlord with properties in Canandaigua, 19th ward, and Sodus Point looking for individuals in the skilled trades, or, ideally, someone who can do it all. Right now I need someone in Canandaigua to repair/replace deck, work on old furnace, paint exterior, repair gutters, etc. I need someone in Sodus to rehab kitchen and bath, install sliding glass doors, extend deck, refinish floors, etc. You must have your own tools and transportation and references who can attest to your quality of work and honesty. I have trailer or will have materials delivered.. Insurance not a necessity. I pay an hourly rate depending on experience and skill level.
