EMMA JV: A Pop Musical was prerecorded in the Fall of 2020 by HHCA's theater department. Now is your chance is see it on the big screen! Emma, a senior at Highbury Prep, is certain she knows what’s best for her classmates’ love lives, and is determined to find the perfect boyfriend for shy sophomore Harriet by the end of the school year. But will Emma’s relentless matchmaking get in the way of finding her own happiness? Based on Jane Austen’s classic novel, this sparkling new musical features the hit songs of legendary girl groups and iconic female singers from The Supremes to Katy Perry. Girl power has never sounded so good! The show can be seen in two locations: Cinemark Theaters in Bluffton on January 23rd at 4:00 and 7:00 in theater #10 and Highway 21 Drive-In in Beaufort on January 25th at 7:00. The price for admission at the drive-in includes free soda and popcorn! All tickets are $10 for students and $15 for adults. COVID-19 Regulations: For everyone’s safety, face masks are required in Cinemark theaters except when eating & drinking in auditoriums. The auditorium will be seated at half capacity to allow for social distancing. The auditorium will be cleaned between showings.
