I need a reliable person who can work 8-10 hours per week taking care of the maintenance around my property. We have a lot of trees and plants that need water and we need to check on sprinklers regularly and maintain them. The leaves and pine needles need to be gathered and bagged for disposal each week. There are odd jobs like painting and the like. This would be an ongoing job. I need someone who lives CLOSE as it has seemed over the years to work out far better if the person lives in the 89015 area code or very near. I think this is because it is a part time job and most people work full time. This would be, for many, a good opportunity to make some extra money each week. It can be an 8-10 hour one day a week job or, particularly if you live close, you could come and work, as an example, 4 or 5 hours twice a week. The idea would be it can be on your schedule. Mike
