Lead or rhythm Guitarist wanted for hard/progressive/alt rock band

Influences are all over the board, include Porcupine Tree, Guthrie Govan, Vai, Satriani, Owane, Spocks Beard, Blackfield, Mother Mother, 311, incubus, third eye blind, If lead, you'll need to shred better than me. Lead parts are pretty clear as far as where they're needed, with the rest being compliment/accents, etc. If rhythm, you'll need to learn a bunch of our songs and some of them are tricky, timing wise. Dynamic tunes. Fun, upbeat stuff that rocks. These are originals and we will be playing out within the next couple months.No hard drugs or drama. can practice once a week. Ready for shows, can record etc. We are good, laid back guys who are a lot nicer than we sound on a craigslist post. Cheers
