help needed to sell items on Craigslist

We have a variety of items (hundreds!) that my husband and I have collected over many years. It is time to sell these items. No Ebay for selling as the charge is exorbitant. You receive 40% of the selling price. We do not want to ship items, if possible. Local sales preferred with pick up. Our community does not permit yard sales. One picture is included. As stated, we have hundreds of items.
