We have been in business since 1978 and provide tree service and landscaping in the Piedmont Region of North Carolina. We have more business than we can service, and we need a seasoned climber that can come in, lead a team and make an immediate impact. We are located in the beautiful Piedmont area of North Carolina. We have a mild year-round climate, excellent primary schools and 28 colleges within a 50-mile radius. From here you can make easy weekend trips to the ocean or the mountains. Greensboro is the third largest metropolitan area in North Carolina and is known as “Tournament Town” for its wealth of athletic venues – courts, fields, stadiums and even pools. Entertainment is plentiful including the Greensboro Grasshoppers and the new Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts. And of course, we have amazing Bar-B-Que! We offer: - Annual profit sharing - 401(k) plan with company match - Future management opportunities with equity potential - Medical, Dental and Vision insurance options - Pay that counts towards Social Security Must have the following skills: • Self-starter with desire to exceed expectations • Ability to lead others • Excellent customer relations • Provide customers with job estimates with drawings • Proficiency to train apprentice landscapers • Ability to safely drive and operate a dump truck with a manual transmission Requirements: • Ten years of documented landscape experience • In-depth knowledge of pruning and removing of trees using proper cuts and safe rigging • Ability to identify common woody plant species • Ability to work after hours for emergency jobs • Valid driver’s license with clean record for at least 3 years • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus • Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
