My daughter was involved in a hit and run accident and the registered owner of the vehicle is Haraldo Souza and the address is for a business, Brasil Stone on De La Vina. I’m still waiting for the traffic division to investigate the case but as far as I know the vehicle has not been reported as stolen and the above information is from the police report. He rolled down his window just enough to yell at my daughter and said he was going to pull over but never did. My daughter had full control of the intersection when she was hit.
