Full job description
Our company is a Service Company with buildings throughout New Jersey and New York. We are seeking an experienced Handyman/Maintenance Technicians with experience in electrical, heating and cooling systems to work with our team in maintaining commercial building systems.
This Maintenance Technician will work with our senior technicians and will assist in common building repairs and fire alarm, HVAC, electrical and carpentry. The perfect candidate will also assist our experienced team in exterior building inspections, grounds maintenance, and preventive maintenance. Customer service is a priority, and attention to detail is critical to ensure the satisfaction
Requirements
Experience:
Handyman: 5 years (Preferred)
Electric: 2 years (Preferred)
Plumbing: 2 years (Preferred)
