The job description is as follows showing up on time is number one, showing up on time is essential to this job because time waits for no man and neither will I. clean individual with clean habits is a must, understanding that customers value their life possessions and want their belongings handled with care if you look good then you feel good same applies, if you value yourself then you'll value other people's belonging - Reliable transportation is a must, no I will not send you gas money it takes money to make money -being able to do multiple jobs in a day is a must you must complete every job handed to you in a day's work it doesn't matter if its 2 hours or 15 hours we expect you to get the job done in a timely fashion and still be able to do more only the strong survive -disrespect is not tolerated you must respect your fellow team helpers or leaders' teamwork makes the dream work a house divided cannot stand if you don't have the sense to calmly talk and solve a situation then you are not welcomed understand that a diamond is built under pressure, and you are constantly under pressure sometimes customers can be irrational but it's not your place to put anybody in their place we work and get the job done to the customers satisfaction -experience at least two years of experience is a plus but is not a must we wrap everything that needs to be wrapped we don't take short cuts so if you're just a I'm just going to wrap it with shrink wrap kind of guy then you don't belong here the customers pay for quality and if u can't offer quality, then you can't offer us anything new knowing how to do a professional job is different from knowing how to do a job we don't run but we walk like the house is on fire and move furniture like the walls are made out of glass - we are not irrational people, and we value our employees we do expect you to work all week but if the move before runs to 4 am then we understand you need your sleep -contracts knowing how to fill out a contract is a must for drivers we expect you to fill out the contract given to you and properly have the customer fill out their part and bring back the contract complete -communication rules the nation as a crew leader you will have to time stamp everything with us no exception constant communication with dispatch is required violation of this will result in complete termination, you will no longer work with us if you can't follow simple directions and if you forgot then you well forget you -Reliable contact number we send out confirmation text every day you are required to answer the text and if you can't confirm then we expect to know right away and the reason why you can't perform also no one with a text now or not an actual cell phone line will be hired if you do not read then you probably won't know -you are responsible damages to anything while moving if you break it you buy it no exceptions, we are professionals and we understand sometimes things happen, but we also understand that there are precautions to avoid damages and as a professional you should know how take these precautions -1099 you are a self-contractor you take your own taxes out we pay Zelle cash app or check at the end of the week pay is on Mondays @5 to 9 pm -and id is required for helpers and a driver's license is required to be a driver\crew leader
