Handyman needed - dimmer switch and need a dryer vent cut into wall

Hello! Our recessed lights are flickering. We need a handyman to install a new dimmer switch. We are hoping this will resolve the issue. We also need a dryer vent cutout and installed closer to our dryer. It is too far from the dryer and we are getting a lot of humidity in the garage. We are in South Temecula. Please be local.
