Our client is an underground utility company that is seeking a new Underground Utility Superintendent - in Los Angeles / Ventura county with 15+ years in the industry. They are a long-time established underground utility company located in LA County. They are looking for an Underground Utility Superintendent to support their new growth! General Description: The Superintendent is responsible for interacting with various staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Responsible for providing coordination, planning, and supervision to Foremen. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service. Essential Duties: Plan, organize, and prioritize utility projects within the available budget. Oversee implementation of and enforcement of safety policies and local and federal regulations. Write regulatory reports, communications, analytic reports, and budget justifications. Work with stakeholders, contractors, and unions to reach an agreement and meet needs. Keep all work and the job site clean and safe.  Though rare - be prepared to work nights. Preferred Qualifications: At least 15 – years of experience in this position Strong organization, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
