Hello, Looking for a reliable, honest, trustworthy, and efficient house cleaner that pays attention to detail for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home (1100 square feet). It needs to be thoroughly cleaned every two weeks minus one bedroom because it's an office and someone will be in it. Below is a list of what I need to happen every visit. I will provide all cleaning supplies and will buy whatever you need to make the job easier. Please reply with your contact information, your rate for the work below (per visit rate), and two references of homes you have cleaned in the past year. Emails without those three things will not be responded to. Every two weeks: Sweep all floors (broom or vacuum; your choice) Mop all floors with bleach and soap Disinfect with Clorox wipes (stove, kitchen counters, kitchen table, bathroom counters, outside of kitchen and bathroom cabinets) Clean microwave with soap and bleach Clean cooking burners with dawn dish soap Clean with vinegar (outside of dishwasher, outside of refrigerator, outside of microwave, outside of oven, faux fireplace, two ceiling fans, other dusty areas, bedroom night stands, coffee table, living room side table, mirrors, window sills, two living room interior windows and master bedroom interior sliding door windows) Clean with scrubbing bubbles (shower doors, outside of toilets) Disinfect with toilet bowl cleaner (inside of toilets) Clean with barkeepers friend (bathroom sinks, kitchen sink, and bathtub) Shower and bathtub tiles (clean with whatever is best) Every 3 months: Deep clean refrigerator with hot soapy water and then some bleach in water for disinfecting Clean inside of oven Clean light fixtures with vinegar
