Hi, I am in the last stages of a house rebuild from a fire. The structure work is done but I have a few odd jobs that need to be completed. Install outlets, fans, some random painting, install some flooring in one room. And drywalling. Not looking for the you guys who are trying to be general contractors with your crews. Just a dependable worker who needs some steady work and have skills. Please tell me your hourly rate and experience level. I expect a great response so please don't just say "call me". Thank you
