Make yoga one of your weekly activities at your daycare of preschool, whether before or after care.
Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in young children. Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children as well.
Classes are divided into age groups, younger children 15 minutes, older children 30 minutes.
