Kurtz finish works is an interior trim company that works on new build homes. I am in search to for quality people that are ready and willing to work. You must know a little about the new build industry and have some experience with installing door and bath hardware (towel bars etc.), as well as possess the tools and be knowledgeable of installing light trim work. Trim work can vary from base board, casing, window sills, light rail work etc. As an area tec you will be placed in a designated are with a few communities to take care of. You will be responsible for taking these homes from 95% completed to 100%. Necessities to do the job include: reliable vehicle, tools to complete your tasks, trade name and insurance (1099 position), organizational skills, the desire to work and learn.
