Exciting fast growing year-round Cape Cod based Landscaping and Garden Center business is looking for hard working team members like you. Jane White Miller (JWM) landscaping is a company that cares about their crews providing training and mentoring to ensure team member success. Team members often work alongside the owners. JWM landscaping is now hiring full-time mowing/maintenance staff to join our rapidly expanding organization. JOB RESONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Mow lawns using walk-behind or riding mower. Operate string trimmer to trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls. Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed. • Water plants and grass and apply fertilizer. Plant flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. • Help in project work such as soil preparation for seeding, Spring/Fall cleanups. Trim shrubs, pull weeds and sweep walkway of debris. • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on grounds keeping equipment JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: • WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE. Prior landscape experience a PLUS but not required. Some plant identification knowledge a plus, but not required. • • Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and a clean driving record. • Reliable transportation for a 7 AM shift start. • Self-Motivation and the ability to work independently. • Ability to lift over 50 lbs., stand, bend, kneel, and reach. • Outdoor work in various weather conditions is required.
