Custodian/Janitor needed for Residential Buildings in Newark - Part Time Position CANDIATES WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST TWO YEARS COMMERCIAL CLEANING EXPERIENE WITH RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION RESPONSIBILITIES: - Cleaning of three residential buildings in Newark - Clean up outside trash of buildings as well as cleanup after garbage company trash pickup - Daily weekday check of inside of buildings and basic cleanup - Sweep and mop all common areas of the buildings, including hallways and stairwells - Wipe down hallway windowsills and glass doors - Clean vacant apartments for re-rental (additional compensation for cleaning apartment turnovers) MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION AND BE RELIABLE
