CAROL STREAM, IL — A new rapid coronavirus testing site is set to open in Carol Stream Jan.7. The Rocket Testing site will be located near the parking lot of the Jewel-Osco store at 750 Army Trail Rd. The site will offer on-demand coronavirus testing with no appointment required. Residents will be tested in their cars and can receive their results within 15 minutes. Rocket Testing will be open for coronavirus testing from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., but extended hours may apply. Founded in 2020 by brothers Jordan and Jake Sadoff, Rocket Testing now has seven locations throughout Chicago and its suburbs, including Vernon Hills, Schaumburg and Aurora.
