It’s a tale of interwoven families, a dedication to the arts, an escape from the pressures of the outside world. This property has been owned by an artist, a miller, a merchant and an entrepreneur. Today The Acreage at Osceola and the Wild Rivers Conservancy occupy the property. They are working to preserve the bluffs, prairies, and the St. Croix River, and to help educate the people in the surrounding community and beyond.
