Yoga. Beer. Donuts. Oh, my! Instructor Courtney Wolfe will lead us through a challenging and fun yoga flow during which we will incorporate our tasty libations! Check your inhibitions at the door and take this opportunity to slow down and have a little fun! All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, or message Courtney Wolfe at Transient Yoga for special accommodations. Beverages will be poured upon arrival.
