Join us together with our partners at Westward Whiskey as the best of America’s West comes to Skamania Lodge during this first-time event celebrating the spirit of cowboy life with a savory menu and variety of paired whiskeys. Saddle up (or charge up) and come on over. The menu includes queso fresco stuffed chiles wrapped in bacon, Southwest chopped salad with cilantro lime dressing, coffee and chile rubbed flank steak, smoked pork loin, cowboy red beans, apple pear cobbler and (of course) cowboy coffee.
