Empowerment begins here. This course covers the foundational knowledge of self-defense and is geared towards middle and high school girls to help them defend themselves in some of the most common dangerous scenarios faced by adolescents today. Through this course, they will uncover the power that resides inside them and harness the strengths of their body, voice and mind while targeting the weaknesses of an assailant. Moms are also welcome! All participants under 18 will require a guardian's signature on their liability form.
