Greg's Shitty WORDLE Night For the first time ever, you can play Wordle LIVE in a competition format for $$$! Teams will compete against each other to see who can complete the Wordle in the least amount of guesses. Top 3 teams win $1 per point scored. EVENT INFO: September 30th @ Checkerspot Brewing Doors @ 7pm Registration closes @ 7:45pm Event begins @ 8pm Click here to watch a video of how the event works! VENUE INFO: Checkerspot Brewing Company 1399 S Sharp St, Baltimore, MD 21230 PRIZES: The top 3 teams will receive $1 per point scored. We will play for about 90 minutes. The amount of Wordles we play will depend on the speed/frequency of guessing and prize pool limitations. Prize pool will be capped at $300 for this event. TEAM TICKETS: Bar Seating = $30 (supports 1-2 people) Small table = $45 (supports 1-4 people) Big table = $60 (supports 1-6 people) Biggest table = $75 (supports 1-8 people) TEAM TICKET DETAILS: Tickets are sold by the table for this event. Your team only needs 1 ticket to play. Under no circumstance may you have more than 4 people at a 4-person table, nor have more than 6 people at a 6-person table, etc. The ticket holder (person who purchased the team ticket) must be present to be sat at a table. Other members of your team coming late? No problem! An usher will seat you with your team. SMART PHONE/DEVICE REQUIRED: Your team must have one smart phone with cellular data to submit your answers for this event. WiFi may not be available at the venue. REFUNDS: All ticket sales are final, no exceptions. Tickets may not be transferred, upgraded, nor downgraded. FAQ & Other Details: -This is a new event as of September 2022. -This event is indoors. -This event is 21-and-older event, no exceptions. -Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the bar. -Doors open at 7pm. Registration ends at 7:45pm. Event starts promptly at 8pm. -Registration for the event ends at 7:45pm. Only the ticket holder needs to be present to register your team. Any teams that show up after 7:45pm will not be able to register until AFTER the first round of the event. -One team per table. You may not split one table/ticket into two teams nor may you combine tables/tickets. -You may not upgrade/downgrade your ticket to accommodate a different team size after your purchase.
